The studio

SarSoft is a software studio in Thessaloniki, run by Panagiotis Saridis. We build the systems businesses run their day on, and the shops and sites that sit in front of them.

The work is mostly operational rather than promotional. A dive centre taking reservations and payments through one system instead of three. A ski shop tracking rented pairs by serial number. A clinic whose rota, stock and receipts stopped living in four different books.

That shapes how projects start. Before anything is designed we sit with the job as it is done now, including the parts nobody writes down, and find what is actually leaking — usually an afternoon a week of retyping, or the bookings that never turned up because nobody had paid.
