This explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What we collect

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, business name, and details of the project. We use these only to answer you.

Submissions are sent to us by email. This website does not keep a database of enquiries, so the copy that exists is the one in our inbox.

When you read the site

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It records things like the pages visited, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. It does not tell us who you are.

Why we are allowed to

• Answering your enquiry — because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business.
• Analytics — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

Enquiries reach us through Google (Gmail), which carries the message. Analytics data is processed by Google. This website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and no more than two years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case normal business records apply. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to panos@mow.gr and we will respond within a month.

If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.

For SarSoft: this is an honest description of what the site actually does, written from the code. It is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before launch, and add your company registration and VAT number if you trade as a registered entity.
