The problem

Before each season every team sends its roster, usually as a spreadsheet, and every player needs an official registration card with personal details, registration number and team. Typed and formatted one by one, cards for a whole league take days, and spreadsheets from different teams never agree on how to write a date.

What we built

A Laravel and Filament admin panel in Greek. A roster spreadsheet is imported as it arrives: the importer reads Greek text and both Excel date numbers and typed dates, and creates the team and its players. From there a registration card is a PDF on the league's own template, with logo and watermark, generated for one player or for the entire team in a single action, with the issue date recorded.
